WHEREAS, the City has analyzed current business license fees -t and <br />WHEREAS, the City has received multiple public comments that the existing <br />business license and revenue generating regulatory license (RGRL) fee calculation <br />based on full-time equivalent (FTE) can be difficult to calculate correctly; and <br />WHEREAS, calculating the fee by "Employee" rather than FTE will simplify the <br />calculation process for the public and City staff; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, <br />WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1001IF I M�� <br />1�11 I <br />Section 2.
