Section 12. Severability; Ratification. If any one or more of the covenants or <br />agreements provided in this ordinance to be performed on the part of the City shall be <br />declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such <br />covenant or covenants, agreement or agreements, shall be null and void and shall be <br />deemed separable from the remaining covenants and agreements of this ordinance and <br />shall in no way affect the validity of the other provisions of this ordinance or of the <br />Bond. All acts taken pursuant to the authority granted in this ordinance but prior to its <br />effective date are hereby ratified and confirmed. <br />Section 13. Payments Due on Holidays. If an interest and/or principal payment <br />date for the Bond is not a business day, then payment shall be made on the next <br />business day and no interest shall accrue for the intervening period. <br />Section 14. Corrections by City Clerk. Upon approval of the City Attorney and <br />Bond Counsel, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to make necessary corrections to <br />this ordinance, including but not limited to the correction of clerical errors; references to <br />other local, state or federal laws, codes, rules, or regulations; ordinance numbering and <br />section/subsection numbering; and other similar necessary corrections. <br />Section 15. Effective Date.
