PRESENTATIONS <br />II. BUSINESS AGENDA <br />A. Supplemental Agreement: Central Business District Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of supplemental agreement No. 3 with RH2 Engineering, Inc. in the <br />amount of $4,989.43 for additional services for the CBD Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project. RH2 <br />is designing the project to repair and reline the remaining sewer pipe in the CBD, and this <br />supplement will include the use of ultraviolet cured in place pipe lining as an option to steam cured <br />felt liner. The project completion is now estimated to be January 31, 2018. The original contract <br />with supplements is $41,382.28 and under the total budget of $45,000. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. <br />FORWARD TO OCTOBER 16, 2017 REGULAR CONSENT AGENDA. <br />B. WSDOT Transportation Demand Management Program Allocation 2017-2019 <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a WSDOT allocation contract for the Transportation Demand <br />Management (TDM) Program in the amount of $74,205.00. The TDM Program provides technical and <br />personalized training and assistance to employers providing TDM programs for their employees. <br />The City also partners with regional agencies to coordinate, implement and promote trip reduction <br />activities and is currently implementing two federal congestion mitigation grants. WSDOT has <br />provided a biennial allocation to the City since 1993 and this proposed contract for 2017-2019 is a <br />renewal of previous allocations. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. FORWARD TO OCTOBER 16, 2017 <br />REGULAR CONSENT AGENDA. <br />C. King County Metro Transportation Demand Management Agreement 2017-2019 <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a contract with King County for 1-90 Regional Mobility Grant <br />funding to continue implementation of Transportation Demand Management (TDM) activities in <br />south King County. The purpose of this grant is to provide TDM services along the 1-90,1-405, SR 167 <br />and SR 520 corridors to reduce congestion and increase mobility. The City will provide services for <br />travelers with an origin or destination in Tukwila, Renton, Kent, SeaTac, Federal Way, and Burien, <br />including education, rewards and incentives, capital improvement recommendations, and more <br />TDM related activities. The City must provide a program evaluation to the County by June 15, 2019. <br />UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. FORWARD TO OCTOBER 16, 2017 REGULAR CONSENT AGENDA. <br />
