2. Provide a cathodic protection system design (drawings and specification) to <br />supplement the protective coating. The design will provide corrosion control to <br />locations of coating damage that may occur during installation, including at welded <br />connections that may not be coated. It is anticipated that the system will utilize <br />galvanic anodes which will not require external power. This installation of the <br />coating and cathodic protection system will add an estimated 30 years to the useful <br />life of the casing. <br />3. Provide a review of final project documents. <br />4. The design documents will be submitted in .pdf, .docx, and .dwg format. <br />BUDGET/SCHEDULE <br />The tasks associated with the design portion of this proposal are estimated to be <br />$5,745.97. All work will be billed on a time and materials basis in accordance with the <br />attached cost breakout. <br />SCOPE: TIME FOR PROJECT COMPLETION <br />The time for completion of the project is extended from December 31, 2017 to December <br />31, 2018. <br />All other provisions of the contract shall remain in full force and effect. <br />PAYMENT: SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS <br />Payment for the work provided by the Consultant as part of this supplement shall be made <br />for an additional $7,876.20.
