Approval of Agenda <br />Jerry Thornton made a motion to amend the agenda to add an update on the December 2 Open <br />House. Joe Duffie seconded, the motion passed. <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br />Joe Duffie made a motion to accept the minutes as presented. Tom McLeod seconded, the <br />motion passed. <br />V. Unfinished Business <br />No unfinished business. <br />VI. New Business <br />a. October 16 Presentation Recap <br />The presentation on October 16th went well. The meeting went very long, so the update <br />went quickly. Councilmember McLeod shared with the Council that the presentation <br />reflected the views of the community members. Mia will send the link to watch the <br />presentation. <br />b. Update on Property Acquisition Process <br />
