Approval of Agenda <br />Mr. Robertson made a motion to amend the agenda to move item 6a after item 6c to <br />allow members time to arrive. Mr. McLeod seconded the motion, the motion passed. <br />It was noted that Rachel would serve as an alternate for Bob Giberson who retired. <br />Mr. Robertson made a motion to approve the agenda as amended. Mr. McLeod <br />seconded the motion, the motion passed. <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br />Mr. McLeod made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Mr. Robertson <br />seconded the motion.
