This construction project replaced <br />approximately 435 lineal feet of asbestos -cement sewer main with PVC pipe within the City right- <br />of-way on Andover Park East (APE). <br />DISCUSSION <br />The 2016 APE Sewer Repair project was physically completed on November 8, 2017. No change <br />orders were executed for this construction project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The construction budget for the 2016 APE Sewer Repair Project was $1,100,000.00. The contract bid <br />amount was $413,935.50 and the final amount was $365,443.64. Unit price under -runs were mainly <br />due to under -utilization on backfill crushed rocks and a force account bid item to pay for minor <br />changes.
