ANNOUNCEMENT <br /> II. BUSINESSAGENDA <br /> A. Crime Map Website <br /> Staff briefed the Committee on the new public facing crime map that is about to go live online. <br /> This is one of the tools that came with the Spillman records management system and will <br /> replace the previous map from crimereports.com, which cost the City $99 per month. Staff <br /> demonstrated the map. Chair Hougardy will report out to the Council on the change and a link <br /> will be provided when it goes live. DISCUSSION ONLY. <br /> B. 2017 4t" Quarter Police Department Report <br /> Deputy Chief Mitchell updated the Committee on items of interest in the 4th quarter, including <br /> staffing, recognitions,community outreach,significant operations and events. In 2017, crimes <br /> in all categories were down from 2016. DISCUSSION ONLY. <br /> III. MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Adjourned 6.24 p.m. <br /> Committee Chair Approval <br /> Minutes by LH <br />
