Exhibit A <br />Scope of Work <br />Trip Logging/Ridesharing Platform <br />The City of Tukwila, in partnership with King County Metro, the. Port of Seattle, and Port Jobs, <br />received a grant from the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to <br />implement a pilot program to reduce commute trips to Sea -Tac Airport. The project will include <br />the use of a new trip logging/ride sharing application, provided by RideShark, to capture travel <br />data, facilitate non -drive alone travel modes (carpooling, vanpooling/vansharing, transit, and <br />active transportation), and provide transportation incentives to employees working at Sea -Tac <br />Airport and five additional employment centers in the neighboring south King County <br />jurisdictions of Tukwila, Renton, Kent, Federal Way, and Burien. <br />These services will be provided beginning with the execution of the agreement and ending June <br />30, 2019. <br />Scope of Services <br />RideShark will provide a trip logging application for employees at six south King County <br />employment centers. The platform will include the following functionality: <br />• Log commute and non -commute trips <br />• Log multi -modal trips <br />• Reward users with incentives earned through travel choices <br />• Carpool, vanpool, and vanshare ride matching, including matches of employees who <br />work for different employers located at the same site <br />• Trip planning <br />• Include users who work at a single location with different employers <br />• Messaging capabilities to users <br />• Group participants by subgroup, such as by employer or location of worksite, for <br />promotions, data collection, communication, etc. <br />• Mobile and web app interfaces <br />• Collect and store ORCA (transit pass) numbers for each user <br />• Export ORCA (transit pass) numbers of users who qualify for incentives <br />• Analyze travel data <br />• Administer surveys <br />• Customizable user attributes collected via registration survey <br />• Multi-lingual options for users <br />Additional features may be included, and custom integration or development will be quoted and, <br />after approval by the City, billed at the reduced RideShark client rate of $150/hr. <br />
