Joe Duffie seconded, the motion passed. <br /> <br />IV.Approval of Minutes <br />Joe Duffie made a motion to accept the minutes as presented. Tom McLeod seconded, the <br />motion passed. <br /> <br />V.Unfinished Business <br />No unfinished business. <br /> <br />VI.New Business <br />a.October 16 Presentation Recap <br />th <br />The presentation on October 16 went well. The meeting went very long, so the update <br />went quickly. Councilmember McLeod shared with the Council that the presentation <br />reflected the views of the community members.
