Share site selection and conceptual design for Station 51 (and use <br />o <br />Station 51 as an example of “what’s next” for other PSP facilities) <br />Share feedback the City heard during the last open house/online open <br />o <br />house and share how it informed Public Safety Plan implementation <br />Open House attendees will help inform the project by providing feedback on: <br />Preliminary design of Station 51 <br />o <br />Questions provided by fire station and Justice Center Architects <br />o <br /> <br />f.General Contractor Construction Management Update <br />We received four applications, and conducted 3 interviews. Each bid was scored on their <br />proposal, interview, and sealed bid. The preliminary selection has been made, and <br />LYDIG was the successful bidder. This recommendation still needs to be ratified by <br />Council. Steve Goldblatt, our quality management consultant, participated in the <br />process. <br /> <br />g.Questions <br />How long will the group meet? We had initially thought the group would be <br />done after the sites had been selected. We think the group should meet in <br />January and February, 2018, then quarterly regarding updates and outreach. <br />There are two open houses planned for 2018. <br />Have we run into any archaeological sites? The City hasn’t run in to any yet, but <br />Sound Transit has.
