City of Tukwila <br />6200 Southcenter Boulevard, Tukwila WA 98188 <br />Agreement Number: <br />CONTRACT FOR SERVICES <br />Amendment #2 <br />Between the City of Tukwila and David Evans and Associates, Inc. <br />That portion of Contract No. 17-165 between the City of Tukwila and David Evans and <br />Associates, Inc. is hereby amended as follows: . <br />Section II Scope of Work: <br />Additional scope of Work is attached (see Exhibit A) <br />Section IV Payment: <br />Amendment # 2 provides additional payment in the amount of $ 99,825.40 which is for <br />additional GIS Inventory of the Tukwila Water System per David Evans and Associates, <br />Inc Scope of services dated March 12, 2018.
