The analysis will include, but not be limited to the impacts that current and ongoing airport operations <br />have on quality of life associated with air-traffic noise, public health, traffic, congestion, and parking in <br />residential areas, pedestrian access to and around the airport, public safety and crime within the cities, <br />effects on residential and non-residential property values, and economic development opportunities in <br />the cities of SeaTac, Burien, Des Moines, Tukwila, Federal Way and Normandy Park. <br />The Department will coordinate with the Port of Seattle and other entities to collect data on topics <br />identified by the study, utilizing existing data where available. The study will include recommendation <br />and options for mitigating any negative impacts identified through the analysis. The Department shall <br />not spend the appropriation unless $500,000 in local matching funds is transferred to the <br />Department. The City of SeaTac will serve as the fiscal agent for any local matching funds and remit to <br />the Department upon receipt of invoices for work completed. <br />73 <br />
