Consensus to reschedule the retreat if needed to <br />a time when Ms Yoshida is available. <br />Use ESJ budget to pay facilitator costs. <br />Location TBA – perhaps the Sullivan Center? <br /> <br />Other topics for the retreat: <br />1.Revised Roles and Responsibilities of the Equity and Social Justice commission <br />as a group. Group Statement and/or mission/direction. What we bring to the <br />table as individual members to create group synergy. <br />2.Getting out into the community as a Commission – How we want to connect. <br />Events that the Commission will participate in, and the details of how that <br />happens. <br /> <br />
