(KPG) to provide construction <br />management services for the 2018 Overlay and Repair Program. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On August 21, 2017 the Council approved the contract with KPG to provide engineering design <br />services for the project. KPG was selected to also provide construction management services <br />as a supplement to the design contract. <br />DISCUSSION <br />KPG has provided a supplement, scope of work, and fee estimate for construction <br />management services for the 2018 Overlay and Repair Program for $167,200.00.
