A traffic circle is <br />proposed at the intersection of 33rd Ave S and S 140th St to assist in reducing <br />vehicle speeds and increase visibility and safety of pedestrians crossing the street. <br />Curb bulb -outs and/or pedestrian refuge islands at the east entrance/exit to the traffic <br />circle would be constructed to improve the safety of crossing S 140th St at 33rd Ave <br />S. There are currently no ADA facilities to connect to within the project limits. Minor <br />storm water improvements will be added to the general action area.
