Description of Proposed Work <br />Improvements will be completed on SR 181 from the west end of the planned Green River non - <br />motorized Bridge to Longacres Way, including a 12-14 ft. separated shared use path with a 5 ft. <br />landscaped buffer strip on the west side of the highway. Design -only will be completed for future <br />improvements on Longacres Way between SR 181 to the Tukwila Sound Transit Link Station. <br />Engineer's Estimate for Proposed Work <br />Within the attachment entitled "Tukwila Mobility Connections" are descriptions of the proposed <br />work and engineering estimates of probably cost. The work is part of a larger effort to improve <br />mobility connections and this document includes discussion on improvements to Baker Boulevard. <br />That segment has been funded outside of the CMAQ grant and is complete. The Engineer's <br />Estimate 2 on page 17 is the basis for the cost estimate. PE costs were estimated using 15% of the <br />construction estimate.
