A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, <br />WASHINGTON, DECLARING CERTAIN FLEET VEHIClS AND EQUIPMENT <br />SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING THEIR SALE OR DISPOSAL. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila purchased the 22 veli*es and other pieces of equipment <br />described and illustrated on Exhibit A, which were utilize by various City departments; and <br />WHEREAS, the 22 vehicles and other pieces°equrnent described and illustrated on <br />Exhibit A have a total combined value of $47,300.0" <br />WHEREAS, the vehicles and other pieces of ment described and illustrated on <br />Exhibit A have outlived their usefulness and ate`.„o longereded by the City of Tukwila's Fleet <br />(Equipment Rental) Department or any other €ty D� <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, <br />HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Declaration o Surpl:i. The 22 vehicles and other pieces of equipment <br />described and illustrated on the attached Exhio t A are hereby declared surplus. <br />Section 2. Fleet Department authorized to sell.
