Commercial General Liability insurance shall be at least as broad as <br />Insurance Services Office (ISO) occurrence form CG 00 01 and shall cover liability arising <br />from premises, operations, independent contractors, products -completed operations, <br />stop gap liability, personal injury and advertising injury, and liability assumed under an <br />insured contract. The Franchisee's Commercial General Liability insurance shall provide <br />limits of $-5,000,000 each occurrence; $-10,000,000 aggregate._ There shall be no <br />exclusion for liability arising from explosion, collapse or underground property damage. <br />The Public EntityCityr shall be included as an additional insured under the Permittee's <br />Commercial General Liability insurance policy using ISO Additional Insured ®State or <br />Political Subdivisions =Permits CG 20 12 or a substitute endorsement providing at least <br />as broad coverage. <br />2.
