Transportation & Infrastructure Committee Minutes..................................................................................August 13,2018 <br /> <br />IV.MISCELLANEOUS <br />David Shumate, resident, addressed the Committee with a concern about sinking roadway at <br />the southwest corner before the East Marginal Way Bridge. The dip in the roadway causes heavy <br />trucks to drop and make a loud noise which also shakes adjacent homes. He believes the <br />condition is worsening due to increased traffic. Staff will look into this and report back to the <br />resident and the Committee. <br /> <br />Chair McLeod invited the Highline School District externs to address the Committee. They <br />appreciated the opportunity to sit in and observe the process. <br /> <br />Staff asked if the Committee would like a project update at the end of every meeting as time <br />allows, and the Committee agreed. <br /> <br />The Transportation Committee Meeting adjourned at 6:38 p.m. <br /> <br />Committee Chair Approval <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes by LH, reviewed by GL <br />
