The City Council recognizes that such <br />changes might occur prior to the authorized representative signing the actual project <br />agreement, and accepts the responsibility and the presumption that the authorized <br />representative shall have conferred with them as to any such changes before he/she <br />executes the project agreement on behalf of the City of Tukwila and so executes with <br />their authorization. <br />Section 3.
