Chair McLeod asked for scenarios indicating the type and number of <br />projects that could be done with the proposed funding amount. <br /> <br />Arterial Street Fund (104) <br />The Strander Boulevard Extension Phase 3 project will finish design in 2019. Boeing Access <br />Road Bridge Rehabilitation will have final asphalt lift in 2019. The West Valley Highway <br />project will be designed in 2019 with construction in 2020 and is grant funded. New <br />nd <br />projects include Boeing Access Road over Airport Way Seismic Retrofit, 42 Avenue South <br />Bridge Replacement, and Green River Trail Improvements.
