All residential, multi -family, and commercial water base rates <br />will increase in 2019. King County's sewer treatment charges will increase in 2019 with no <br />increase in the City's sewer rates. The surface water residential fees will increase from <br />$176 to $185 in 2019 and to 190 in 2020, along with an increase for commercial <br />properties. <br />()\V.
