All residential, multi -family, and commercial water base rates will increase in 2019. King County's sewer treatment charges will increase in 2019 with no increase in the City's sewer rates. The surface water residential fees will increase from $176 to $185 in 2019 and to 190 in 2020, along with an increase for commercial properties. ()\V.
