The Planning Commissioners were in consensus on forwarding the <br />proposed amendment as proposed by staff to the City Council for their consideration. <br />MOTION: <br />Commissioner Hansen made a motion to approve Case Number PL18-0060 and L18-0070 Code <br />Amendments and forward them to the City Council for their approval. Commissioner Watters <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Director's Report: <br />• Reminder, three Commissioners have terms expiring in December, and need to let staff <br />know their interest regarding reappointment. <br />• There will be a public hearing held on October 11tb <br />• There will be a work session held on October 25tb <br />• Holiday schedule, meetings for November and December vvill`be held on the second <br />Thursday of the month. <br />• A work session will be held on the Sensitive Area Update on November 8tb <br />• Staff inquired with the Commission regardin holding both the Justice Center and the <br />Assistant Living facility on the December 13 agenda.
