WHEREAS, the City intends to pass this co venience fee through to the permit <br />applicants; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's evaluation of the convenience fee revenue indicates that it is <br />covering the credit card surcharge fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, <br />WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section I. Repealer. Resolution No, 1912 is hereby repealed, effective January <br />1, 2019 <br />Section 2. For 2019 and 2020, the Technology Fee shaH be set at the <br />applicable permit fee. <br />Section 3.
