CITY OF TUKWILA CAPITAL PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> 2019 to 2024 <br /> PROJECT: East Marginal Wy S Stormwater Outfalls Project No. 91041204 <br /> DESCRIPTION: Establish legal drainage connections from East Marginal Way South to the Duwamish River. <br /> JUSTIFICATION: Drainage from E Marginal Wy S is discharged through outfalls owned and operated by the Boeing Co., <br /> Jorgensen Forge, and two King County Airport storm systems without easements. <br /> Jorgensen Forge outfall was closed in 2011 under an order from the US EPA.The Boeing Company <br /> �y <br /> STATUS: contacted the City in 2009 requesting that the City take over ownership of i,,eir storm line and outfall.A <br /> consultant is preparing design for rerouting the Jorgensen outfall and a ift water quality features. <br /> MAINT.
