Invoices must be itemized and include contract number. <br /> • Staff Augmentation work (excluding plan review) is subject to.2-hour minimum charges unless <br /> stated otherwise. Services billed in 2-hour increments. <br /> •All billable expenses will be charged at cost plus 10% <br /> • Mileage will be billed at the current IRS rate <br /> All requests should be made directly to 4LEAF management. 4LEAF's Designated Project <br /> manager noted above. <br /> 178 <br />
