Incorporation of Exhibits <br /> The Contractor shall provide services and comply with the requirements set forth in the <br /> following attached exhibits, which are incorporated herein by reference: <br /> Certificates of Insurance/Endorsements Attached hereto as Exhibit I <br /> City of Tukwila Older Adult Investments - Senior Attached hereto as Exhibit II <br /> Center Investments <br /> II. Term and Termination <br /> A. This Contract shall commence on 07/01/2018, and shall terminate on 12/31/2018, unless <br /> extended or terminated earlier, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. <br /> B. This Contract may be terminated by the County or the Contractor without cause, in whole <br /> or in part, at any time during the term specified in Subsection II.A. above, by providing the <br /> other party 30 days advance written notice of the termination.
