Approval of Agenda (3 minutes) <br />IV. Approval of Minutes, October 4, 2018 and November 1, 2018 <br />Minutes for both meetings were approved <br />V. Business Items <br />• Update on HR Director Recruitment (10 minutes) — Commissioner Roeland provided <br />an overview of the new HR director and the selection process. The Commission is <br />looking forward to meeting with the new director once he is on board. <br />• Review draft Community Engagement Manager job description — Staff presented the <br />draft job description. The Commission discussed the job description, asked various <br />questions about the opening, selection process, indicators of success and more. <br />• Workplan Review — The Commission discussed the various items on the workplan, <br />agreeing that all items except the HR director on the 2018 plan are ongoing and will <br />move to 2019. The Commission indicated it was interested in being briefed early in <br />
