They are located at the <br />northeast comer of Militaiv Road and South 140` Street. The Riverton Park United Methodist <br />Church and Riverton Crest Cemeteiv are to the east. The Cascade View Elementaiv School is <br />to the north. Military Road, including the street frontage improvements proposed for this <br />project, is under the jurisdictional authority of the City of SeaTac. <br />NOTIFICATION: Prior to acceptance into the Housing Options Program, a public meeting was held on May 8, <br />2007, to get input from residents in the area. The Notice of Application for this proposal was <br />issued and mailed to the surrounding property owners and tenants on October 16, 2008. <br />Another neighborhood meeting was held on October 22, 2008, )8, at the Riverton Park United <br />Methodist Church.
