Please let me know if you have any <br />questions or need additional information about any of the following items. <br />1. Intergovernmental Update <br />• Economic Outlook Forum: Mayor Ekberg and Councilmember Robertson attended an <br />Economic Outlook Forum sponsored by the Seattle Metro Chamber of Commerce on January <br />10. <br />• Seattle Southside Chamber of Commerce Economic Forecast Luncheon: Mayor Ekberg, <br />Councilmembers Hougardy and Kruller, and city staff attended the Seattle Southside <br />Chamber of Commerce Economic Forecast Luncheon on January 11. City Administrator David <br />Cline gave a presentation about the Economic outlook for the City of Tukwila. <br />• Board of Architectural Review Meeting: The Board of Architectural Review Met on January <br />11 to discuss a seven -story building for 107 assisted living units, 27 memory care units, and 58 <br />parking spaces, located at 112 Andover E. The project was approved with one additional <br />condition related to landscaping. <br />0. Community Events <br />• Teens for Tukwila: Teens for Tukwila will be hosting Mayor Ekberg and City Administrator <br />David Cline at the January 17 meeting. <br />W.
