Transportation & Infrastructure Committee Minutes January 23, 2019 <br />Meeting Efficiency <br />Chair Idan proposed to the Committee that routine items such as project closeouts, that are on schedule <br />and under budget, bypass Committee and go directly to a Regular Consent Agenda.
