Evaluation <br />• Follow-up with selected businesses and/or multi -family complexes to see if they <br />have implemented program changes and to determine which assistance <br />measures were the most helpful in changing recycling -related behaviors. <br />• Keep data including: <br />- the number of businesses and/or complexes assisted <br />- type of assistance provided (mail, e-mail, on -site, other) <br />- a list of business names, addresses, contact persons, and telephone numbers <br />(and other business data) for the businesses assisted; <br />g.
