Page 5 of 5 <br />January 24, 2019 <br />BAR Minutes <br />Commissioner Watters said she looks forward to seeing the improved entry level housing and <br />diversification as well as activation of the community. <br />The Commissioners were in consensus that the project will be a nice addition for the community. <br />MOTIONS: <br />Commissioner Hansen moved to approve with conditions case number L18-0112, Variance, <br />based on the findings and conclusions contained in the staff report dated January 14, 2019. <br />Commissioner Mann seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br />Commissioner Hansen moved to approve with conditions case number L18-0065, Design Review <br />Major Modification, based on the findings and conclusions contained in the staff report dated January <br />14, 2019. Commissioner Mann seconded the motion. Motion passed, <br />Commissioner Hansen moved to approve with conditions case number L08-079, Preliminary <br />Subdivision Plat, based on the findings and conclusions contained in the staff report dated January <br />14, 2019. Commissioner Mann seconded the motion.
