(KPG) to provide <br />construction management services for the 2019 Overlay and Repair Program. <br />BACKGROUND <br />On October 19, 2018 the Council approved the contract with KPG to provide design services <br />for the 2019 Overlay and Repair Project. Amendment No.1 was added to design the repairs <br />from the water main break on Andover Park East. KPG was selected to provide construction <br />management services as Amendment No. 2 to the 2019 Overlay and Repair Program design <br />contract. <br />DISCUSSION <br />KPG has provided Contract Amendment No. 2, with the scope of work and fee for construction <br />management services for $179,576.00.
