PUBLIC <br />HEARINGS <br />Ordinances updating the Shoreline Master Program: <br />,.1> Please bring your Binders ..( <br />(1) An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2344; repealing the <br />2011 Shoreline Master Program; approving and adopting a <br />new Shoreline Master Program update for the City of Tukwila <br />to incorporate new state requirements. <br />(2) An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2346 and Ordinance <br />No. 2549 §23; reenacting Tukwila Municipal Code Chapter <br />18.44, "Shoreline Overlay." <br />(3) An ordinance amending various ordinances as codified in <br />Title 18, "Zoning," of the Tukwila Municipal Code as it relates <br />to definitions and regulations for the shoreline jurisdiction. <br />Pg.1 <br />4.
