r <br />NOTICE OF APPLICATION <br />SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />Boeing Plant 2 Stormwater Facilities <br />DATED: SEPTEMBER 28, 2011 <br />The following application has been submitted to the City of Tukwila Department of Community <br />Development for review and decision. <br />APPLICANT: <br />The Boeing Company <br />LOCATION: East bank of the Lower Duivamish Wtelwav at approximately river mile <br />3.3 in Tukwila, WA., tax parcels #3324O49(u)2, (uu)16(uu)2O, just south of <br />the 16 Avenue South Bridge. <br />FILE NUMBER: Ll l -O47 (Shoreline Substantial Development Permit). SEPA was <br />previously conducted under file 4E1t_)- (_)1(_) DNS issued June 28, 2(_)1(_). <br />PROPOSAL: As part the Duivamish Sediment Other Area and Southwest Bank Corrective <br />Measure pursuant to the Administrative Order on Consent issued to Boeing <br />in 1994 by U.S. EPA, Boeing is constructing five ne'ky stormkyater <br />ponds /bioswales in the shoreline jurisdiction. Boeing is also paving <br />employee parking in an area previously occupied by its aging 2 -40 series <br />buildings, Nyhich Nyere demolished under E1(_)- (_)1(_) /D1(_) -118. A small <br />portion of the new parking area falls within the shoreline jurisdiction. <br />OTHER REQUIRED PERMITS: Building permit for construction of stor myater ponds. <br />The file may be reviewed at the Department of Community Development, 6300 Southcenter Blvd- Suite <br />1(_)(_), Tukwila, WA.
