Additional potential forms <br />of high capacity transit (HCT) directly serving t-- <br />TUC Southcenter include bus rapid t+afisit (B a <br />local area transit routes and future phases of light <br />rail. Roadway improvements, including enhanced_ <br />streetscapes, will improve auto, transit. bicvcle and_ <br />pedestrian movement and access. An enhanced <br />street network will improve mobility. <br />Facilities developed will recognize the actual <br />and projected need and demand for motor <br />vehicle, bicvcle, pedestrian, and transit facilities. <br />Design standards and high quality public/ private <br />capital improvements are key to <br />attracting the types of development that will <br />achieve the vision for :Southcenter. <br />A Sounder commuter rail/Amtrak station and a bus <br />transit center is <br />located in thr TUC'Southcenter.
