<br />NOTICE OF <br />FINAL ACTION <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council is considering final action on <br />Mondav, December 5, 2011 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Tukwila Citv <br />Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA on the following: <br />An ordinance authorizing the acquisition of land, including authorization of potential <br />condemnation of property. The properties considered are located in the City of Tukwila and <br />identified as parcel numbers 022310 -0010 (California Pizza Kitchen) at 150 Andover Park West, <br />022310 -0075, (Acura) at 301 Baker Boulevard; 920247 -0070 (Firestone) at 215 Andover Park <br />West, and 920247 -0010 (Southcenter Mall) at 2800 Southcenter Mall. The full title of the <br />ordinance is as follows: <br />aN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF <br />INTERESTS IN LAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLETING THE TUKWILA TRANSIT CENTER <br />PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONDEMNATION, APPROPRIATION, TAKING OF LAND AND <br />PROPERTY RIGHTS NECESSARY THEREFORE; PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT THEREOF, AND <br />DIRECTING THE INITIATION OF APPROPRIATE PROCEEDINGS IN THE MANNER PROVIDED <br />BY LAW FOR SAID CONDEMNATION. <br />The public is invited to attend all meetings of the Tukwila City Council.
