. r - 1 . <br />City Council Transportation & Infrastructure Committee <br />TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December3, 2019 - 5:30 p.m. - Hazelnut Conference Room, City Hall <br />Councilmembers: Zak Idan, Chair; Thomas McLeod <br />Staff: David Cline, Henry Hash, Hari Ponnekanti, Adam Cox, Laurel Humphrey <br />CALL TO ORDER: Committee Chair Idan called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />I. BUSINESSAGENDA <br />A. Project Closeout: Boeing Access Road over BNRR Bridge Rehabilitation <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of contract completion and release or retainage with PCL <br />Construction, LLC in the amount of $6,905,831.31 forthe Boeing Access Road over BNRR Bridge <br />Rehabilitation Project. This project constructed a seismic retrofit and was completed <br />significantly under budget. UNANIMOUS APPROVAL. FORWARD TO DECEMBER 9, 2019 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE. <br />B. 2019 Committee Work Plan <br />Committee members and staff reviewed the 2019 work plan and reflected on the activities of <br />the year. DISCUSSION ONLY. <br />II. MISCELLANEOUS <br />Staff informed the Committee that the grant application for federal funding of the 42nd Avenue <br />South Bridge replacement was unsuccessful.
