This site offers passive park opportunity, with trails and <br />viewpoints, in a neighborhood with no other passive parks. The property contains 160 <br />feet of tidally influenced shoreline within the Duwamish River transition zone. <br />Project funding was authorized in King County Ordinance 18835. <br />Is this a Bond -financed Project? No <br />Project #1136984: Tukwila — Duwamish River Habitat Corridor (2020 award) <br />The City of Tukwila received an award of $335,000 CFT in FY 2019 annual dollars for <br />this proposal to acquire 0.93-acre (parcel 0733000225) on the Duwamish River. The city <br />is returning this year to seek a match waiver and apply for the remaining $335,000 in <br />funding necessary to complete the project. This project was determined to be an <br />opportunity area project eligible for a match waiver (see Section 6.1 of the ILA), so the <br />local funding match requirement was waived for both the 2019 and the 2020 awards. <br />Project funding was authorized in King County Ordinance 18987. <br />Is this a Bond -financed Project?
