Microsoft Office Enterprise Agreement <br />Staff is seeking Council approval to renew the Microsoft Enterprise Services agreement in an <br />amount not to exceed $422,555 for an additional 3 years. This is a budgeted expense and covers <br />the City's use of Microsoft 365 services. DISCUSSION ONLY. <br />E. Public Safety Plan D-20 Financial Framework <br />Staff presented an updated D-20 financial framework forthe Public Safety Plan that incorporates <br />all Council actions to date. Revisions were made in the areas of debt, impact fees, investment <br />earnings, reallocation of budget from the Justice Center and Station 51 to Station 52, and the <br />increased budget for Phase 1 of the Public Works shops master plan. DISCUSSION ONLY. <br />III.
