investigation several years ago, <br />which resulted in the seizure and <br />purchase of several properties <br />along TIB. The City also was a <br />partner in the Tukwila Village <br />development, which is where the <br />Sullivan Center (the location of <br />the meeting) occurred. Through <br />this partnership the City was able <br />to leverage senior housing (bath <br />market and affordable), and new <br />library, and public meeting space. <br />It's hoped that this can help be a <br />draw for the area.
