BUSINESSAGENDA <br />A. Public Works Fleet & Facilities Building/Minkler Improvements Overview <br />Staff provided an update on the PW Fleet and Facilities tenant improvements and Minkler <br />Shop upgrades. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Public Works Fleet and Facilities Building/Seattle City Light Temporary Permit <br />Staff is seeking Council approval of a Seattle City Light temporary construction permit for <br />the use of SCL's fee owned transmission line corridor located at the site. <br />A new map was distributed at Committee. <br />Committee question(s) requiring follow up <br />1) Is the SCL rental rate standard/commercial or is it possible to get a government <br />rate? <br />2) Is it possible to purchase the property and or negotiate a land trade in the future? <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to January 27, 2020 Special Consent Agenda pending <br />information requested. <br />C. Public Works Departmental Overview <br />Staff provided an overview of the Public Works Department. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />
