Approved at February 14, 2020 Meeting. <br />Lodging Tax Advisory Committee <br />Minutes <br />January 10, 2020 <br />Members Present: Council President De'Sean Quinn (Chair), Ben Oliver, Jim Davis, and Jean <br />Thompson. <br />Members Absent: Asia Wen, Dan Lee, and Miesa Berry There are two vacant positions on the <br />LTAC. <br />Staff Present: Brandon Miles, Mayor's Office and LTAC staff; Laurel Humphrey, City Council <br />Analyst <br />Others Present:Lisa Schwartz, SSRTA. <br />Meeting Start Time: 11:35 A.M. <br />Meeting End Time: 12:15 P.M. <br />Agenda Item <br />Notes <br />Follow -Up <br />Welcome and Introductions <br />Chair Quinn asked attendees to <br />introduce themselves to the <br />group. <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Approved by consensus. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />B. Miles asked that the minutes <br />be amended to add the last name <br />December 19, 2019 <br />of a staff member. Minutes <br />approved as amended. <br />Special Presentations <br />Food Innovation Network and <br />Kara Martin Food Innovation <br />Food Hall <br />Network (FIN) provided an <br />overview of the work of FIN <br />and the upcoming opening of <br />the Food Hall at Tukwila <br />Village. The Food Hall will serve <br />as an incubator space for small <br />restaurant and food production <br />City of Tukwila <br />6200 Southcenter Blvd. <br />Tukwila, WA 98188 <br />
