STATE Of: WASHINGTON <br />DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE <br />November 20, 2019 <br />Meredith Sampson, Assistant Planner <br />City of Tukwila <br />6300 Southcenter Blvd Ste 100 <br />Tukwila, WA 98188 <br />Re: City of Tukwila Ordinance No. 2613 <br />Affordable and Supportive Housing State Shared Tax <br />Dear Ms. Sampson: <br />The Department of Revenue has received your Resolution No. 1966 and Ordinance No. 2316 on <br />September 30, 2019 with the effective date of November 1, 2019 to impose the Affordable and <br />Supportive Housing State Shared Tax authorized by Substitute House Bill (SHB) 1406 and <br />Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 82,14.540. <br />As required by RCW 82.14.540, the Department has calculated the maximum capacity (cap) of <br />$165,998.21.
