BUSINESSAGENDA <br />A. February 2020 Monthly Financial Report <br />Staff provided an overview of the February 2020 status of the General Fund. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />B. Financial Impacts from COVID-19 Emergency <br />Staff provided an overview of financial impacts of COVID-19, including three different <br />scenarios based upon the timeline of the "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order, cash flow <br />considerations, and next steps for Council deliberation. <br />Committee question(s) requiring follow up <br />• When Fire Department staffing drops below 13, will staff be shuffled among all the <br />stations? <br />• Provide the three scenarios in a table format. <br />• Prepare a discussion about the City Council's departmental budget. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Return to committee.
