The Tukwila City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the public to admit the <br />City of Des Moines as a member of the Valley Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) <br />Team subject to the terms of the existing Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between <br />Auburn, Federal Way, Kent, Renton, Tukwila, and the Port of Seattle.
