Jovita McConnell, Chuck Parrish <br />Chair Seal called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />I. BUSINESSAGENDA <br />Consensus existed to discuss the Committee appointment as the first order of business. <br />A. Appointment to the Public Safety Bond Financial Oversight Committee <br />Jovita McConnell submitted an application to Position 1 on the Committee. The term will end <br />December 31, 2022. <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Unanimous approval. Forward to July 6, 2020 Regular Meeting. <br />B. 2020 1st Quarter Sales Tax Report <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Discussion only. <br />C. 2020 1st Quarter Financial Report <br />Committee Recommendation <br />Agreement to discontinue the quarterly financial report in lieu of the Financial Impacts of <br />COVID-19 bimonthly reporting that will include quarterly data. <br />II.
