Envisioned waterfront esplanade (Carillon Point, WA) <br />The waterfront esplanade will ultimately run along the northern Pond shore, featuring restaurants <br />and entertainment, with storefronts spilling out onto the active pedestrian promenade along the <br />waterfront (Photos 9, 10).
